Twiddle & Friends Announce LaFayette Shows

Creative Concerts has announced that Twiddle will be performing at Apple Valley Park in Lafayette for four consecutive nights, May 27- 30. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, April 2 at 10 a.m. at the Apple Valley Park website here.

Twiddle will be joined by Dopapod on the 27th and 28th, and Buffalo-based band Aqueous on the 29th and 30th. This string of events will be the start to an outdoor season of live music Creative Concerts plans to bring to the new venue to provide a safe and enjoyable concert experience for music fans from the local region and beyond. Apple Valley Park is located just 12 miles south of downtown Syracuse.

These events will be socially distanced, with fans being able to purchase tickets in roped-off PODS (Personal Outdoor Dance Space) for parties of 2, 4 or 6. In an effort to create a safe experience for guests, a carefully thought out site plan has been developed allowing for temperature screenings and surveys to be conducted upon entering the event grounds. To adhere to social distancing guidelines, all PODS are spaced a minimum of six feet apart. A variety of food and beverage options will be available for purchase. The site map and FAQ for the venue can be found here.

With 12 years of relentless touring behind them, Vermont-based rock band Twiddle has built an impressive resume spanning Red Rocks to Bonnaroo, and multiple sellouts of historic rock venues including Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre, and Washington D.C.’s 9:30 Club.

In the live setting, more and more people are invigorated by Twiddle’s community, promoting positivity and the band’s skillful improvisational music. So many like-minded people believe in the greater good, and they find that good in Twiddle. Twiddle is comprised of Zdenek Gubb on bass and vocals, Ryan Dempsey on keyboards and vocals, Mihali Savoulidis on guitar and lead vocals, and Brook Jordan on percussion and vocals.

Apple Valley Park is located in beautiful LaFayette, NY. With its rural atmosphere, rolling hills, and expansive fall foliage, it has proven to be a wonderful home to the annual LaFayette Apple Festival since 1973. More recently it has expanded to host other live entertainment events, including a few successful drive-in concerts in the fall of 2020.
