The Westcott Theater in Syracuse announced Tuesday that it will be part of a series of live streaming shows featuring bluegrass musician Billy Strings and his band performing from various crowd-less live venues in Nashville.
The Westcott was chosen as one of nine independent venues around the country to host the live-streaming event in partnership with the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) and the Independent Promoter Alliance.
The shows will stream July 23-26 beginning at 8:00 p.m. each night. Tickets are available through IndiePromoter here and cost $40.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the ACLU, the NACCP Legal Defense Fund and Backline.
