Preview: Jameson Rodgers Visits The Chevy Park Stage – Aug. 25

On Wedesday, Aug. 25, The Great New York State Fair in Syracuse will welcome Nashville-based Singer/Songwriter Jameson Rodgers to the Chevy Park Stage for a 2:00 p.m. matinee performance.

Rodgers has been a successful songwriter for other country acts before finding some success of his own as a performer. Born and raised in rural Mississippi, Rodgers followed his dreams to Music City where he penned the number one single “I Don’t Know About You” for Chris Lane and the hit single “Talk You Out Of It” by Florida Georgia Line.

He has written for and with such country music heavyweights as Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Luke Combs.
“Some Girls,” his first single to country radio went straight to number one. While a duet with Combs “Cold Beer Calling My Name” cracked the Country Top Twenty.

Rodgers’ most current release, is a seven-track EP entitled In It For The Money which includes the aforementioned Combs duet as well as his latest single “Good Dogs.”
